Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• A return authorization must be obtained by emailing us at info@chronovaults.shop.

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or engraved items.

• Final sale products.

Exchange Process:

• To exchange an item, please contact us first.

• Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
